Advertisement Sec. 119.37 - Contents of an Air Carrier Certificate or Operating Certificate. The Air Carrier Certificate or Operating Certificate includes -- (a) The certificate holder's name; (b) The location of the certificate holder's principal base of operations; (c) The certificate number; (d) The certificate's effective date; and (e) The name or the designator of the certificate-holding district office.
