TPE-331 Start-up sequence.
The High Power Monitor check is to make sure that the fuel computers are working correctly. If the aircraft fails this test one or both of the fuel computers is malfunctioning and you need to operate in manual mode.
The NTS (Negative Torque Sensing) check is essentially a check of the "Auto Feathering System" of the aircraft. It isn't exactly an autofeather but really pulses the prop between high & low pitch. This does help reduce drag significantly until the pilot can feather and secure the engine.
