logging time
What dictates weather or not you are flying a seaplane? If is has amphibious floats, does one need to decide how much of a given hour is sea time or land time? I have been told by some that if it has floats on it, it is operating under a different section of the manual or STC, and as such, all time the aircraft flys may be logged as sea time no matter what you are "touching down" on....
