Thanks, Denny. I regularly use the cert basis of the aircraft we work on to determine the applicability of the FAR 23 and 25 regs. What I'm talking about here is the possible effect of the operating regs on the interior of the aircraft, such as necessary emergency equipment, aisle widths, flight attendants, etc. I'm not well versed on the operating side for these VIP interiors - normally we just satisfy FAR 23 or 25.
