How about former Ramp Rats?
Ramping is the best job at the airport (No customers, no fueling, lots of excercise, play with airplanes all day.) If you get on with an airline, of course they offer flight benefits. (Occasionally some airport ramp service companies offer limited passes each year for the airline they contract ground services with too.) I'd highly recommend it.
