In my country, the aeronautical authority requests log books similar to canadian ones: repair stations must insert record entries (iaw 43.9 and 43.11) and pilots must log each flight, including total and partial flight time and cycle.
I really need cycle information to request operators to comply with applicable inspection program, as you mentioned in your email. For that reason, I need to know were us-pilots are requested to fill aircraft cycle information. Thanks again Denny.
