FAA Warning Letter

I received an FAA Warning Letter about 1.5 years ago. I just set up an interview for a locally based regional airline. I'm just wondering how likely it is that this regional will be able to find this FAA Warning Letter. I thought I heard somewhere that airlines are only able to dig up violations that required certificate action, or some other type of enforcement action. Should I go out of my way to disclose this Warning Letter, or just keep it hush hush, unless they bring it up? I don't want this regional to think I'm hiding anything, but if there is no way they could find out, and they don't ask, I don't think I'd have a problem not bringing it up. Thanks for the help.
