How to get authorization to work or find visa sponsor
I am a foreign pilot from Asia and would like to fly in US regional airlines.
I sent my resumes to several regional airlines and first they get interested in me because I have quite flight experince but once they knew I do not have green card or work permit whatever authorization to work in US, they say sorry, we can not employ you, and after that I asked them to be my sponsor, they answer sorry, we can not support your visa.
I understand they can not employ me becasue I do not have authorization to work in USA but why not they can be my sponsor to help me for obtaining work visa ? I suppose that the reasons are that they can not spend time use energy to do that.
I would like to know the reason for that and also any regional airlines which has become sponsor for foreign pilots to obtain work visa.
