Best advertisement one can get is from satisfied long term customers. Check with local owners whose opinion you value. Just make sure to sort through the opinions; some people who get a reasonable bill for high quality work are unhappy just because the bill was high, some are thrilled with sloppy work just because the bill was cheap. Everything is relative. And quite a few otherwise intelligent people don't know the difference.
