true operating costs...

hey guys. just wanting to get a little info. Im having trouble finding some true costs related to twin engine aircraft. First what type of twin hours should a person expect to need before moving up to a cessna 421c or comparable aircraft. Both from competency stand point and to be insurable. Also, what type of annual fixed costs should be anticipated. All i have seen is that 300-400 an hour is average but cant find if thats variable cost only. Imjust trying to get my head wrapped around average total annual cost basing 100 hrs annual flight time. Anyone that has any actual experience with this class of airplane and would like to share annual flight hrs and total expense would b appreciated. Thanks. Scott
