Long range airplanes

Hello
I'm wondering if there are any kit planes of production planes out there that have a 2000+ NM range

I happen to track lots of kit aircraft and have never seen one go over a few hundred miles in range. To build a kit aircraft to go 2000 miles would take lots of hp and storage. There isn’t a market for such an aircraft in the kit world. Sorry

The only way a small GA aircraft can fly to the islands for the west coast is installing special internal fuel tanks which usually make the aircraft from 110% to 130% over gross weight.

This is usually a oneway flight (Special Flight Permit) since it and takes 12 to 18 hours depending on the aircraft and winds to make the flight.
