please help me!
I am considering the purchase of a piper warrior with which to give flight instruction in. I am new to aircraft ownership and not sure what I need to accunt for when it comes to monthly/yearly costs. Can someone tell me where I should look to learn about the costs of 100hr inspections and overhauls and any other expenses that come with aircraft ownership. Anything and everything that I need to know would be much appreciated. the aircraft I am considering is a 1974 piper warrior. Thanks!

Insurance will be your biggest expense. If students pilots are going to solo in your Piper it's going to cost and arm and a leg. More than the maintenance.
Just check with your A&P and insurance guy for the costs.

I have never owned before. Who should I go to for the insurance and maintenance?

There are two sets of costs to consider - fixed and variable. You will need to set up a spreadsheet in an attempt to account for both.
Fixed costs will be items such as hangar rent, insurance, etc. Variable costs will include things like maintenance, fuel, oil, etc.
For insurance, I use LL Johns for my broker. They seem to have access to quite a few insurance companies and I have steered my clients there as well.
Good luck.
