Restarting PPL Training

I was pursuing my PPL, but stopped for approx 1 year for financial and logistic reasons. (Moved to another state and bought a house)

At this point my Student certificate and Medical have both expired, and I think I'm behind on notifying the FAA of my move (moved in June).

Ideally I will restart my training in a month or two. My question is: what do I need to do now to be legal and proper when I'm ready to get off the ground again?
