SIC Flying

I was asked in the past to fly right seat in a LR-25 and Citation III. I have not had any training in the jet only the chief pilot gave me instructions on emergency checklist training.
Well I had a guy call me up to fly right seat in a G-550. My military flying is mostly C-130 and C-5 time.
Is flying the G-550 legal?

The short answer is NO. You need the rating and proper endorsements in your pilot logbook.

I would suggest you contact your local FSDO and request to speak with an OPS Inspector to sort it all out (CYA).
