This should keep you busy for a while. In addition on the FAA web site at www.faa.gov you can search for seats and berths. There is a certification standard for seats under the SAE Standards listed below.

Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts and sections:

14 CFR part 21, sections 21.101, 21.303, 21.305, 21.601, 21.607, and 21.611;
14 CFR part 23, sections 23.561, 23.562, 23.785 (former CAR 3.390), and
14 CFR 23.853;
14 CFR part 25, sections 25.561, 25.562, 25.785 (former CAR 4b.358), and 25.853;
14 CFR part 27, sections 27.561, 27.562, 27.785, and 27.853;
14 CFR part 29, section 29.561, 29.562, 29.785, and 29.853;
14 CFR part 43, section 43.13;
14 CFR part 45, section 45.15; Subpart D of 14 CFR parts 23, 25, 27, and 29; and 14 CFR part 25, appendix F, parts I and II.

TSO-C39, TSO-C39a, or TSO-C39b which incorporate part of National Aircraft Standard (NAS) 809, or TSO-C127, which incorporates the available design criteria, tests, and acceptance criteria of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Aerospace Standard (AS) 8049.

AC 43.13-1B, Chapter 9, Section 4. Cabin Interior
AC 25-10 Guidance for installation of miscellaneous, nonrequired electrical equipment.
AC 23-2 Flammability tests
