I believe the maximum age is 65 in the US. I'm not too sure about the maximum age internationally. It could be found at: http://www.icao.org
That might help.

The FAA has treated the age 60 rule in the past as both an operational rule ( 121.383(c)) and a certification rule ( §61.77). 61.3 Age limitation. Except as provided in paragraph (j)(3) of this section, no person who holds a pilot certificate issued under this part shall serve as a pilot on a civil airplane of U.S. registry in the following operations if the person has reached his or her 60th birthday. These are for 121 types is that what you are looking for? If not look in FAR part 61 it will give you all the information.

Flight Engineer
Reference FAR Part 63 Flight Engineer Certificates and Training Courses. The minimum age to take the flight engineer practical test is 19; however, the minimum age to hold a flight engineer certificate is 21. NOTE: An applicant who is less than 21 years of age and successfully completes the flight engineer practical test will be issued a Letter of Aeronautical Competency by the FAA. The letter will state that the applicant has met all the requirements for a flight engineer certificate except the age requirement. When an applicant presents proof of reaching age 21, and presents a second-class medical certificate or higher, the Letter of Aeronautical Competency may be exchanged for a temporary airman certificate at any Flight Standards District Office (FSDO). |

As a add on I can not find any retirement age for flight engineer's. Most captains become flight engineers due to the age 60 rule and from what I have learened as long as your medical is current you can contuine to fly.
