Fee for pilot certificate

What is the fee for a recreational/private pilot's certificate?

Are you asking about a replacement of a lost/stolen certificate?

What I wanted to know is in 14 CFR 61.13 it says that there is an Appendix A in part 187 that lists fees that a person submits when they apply for an airman certificate. I couldn't find this on the internet. I needed this information for a class I'm taking, so I can probably pin the instructor down on where to find this.

FAR 187: The fee for furnishing to a person entitled thereto a replacement, duplicate, or facsimile of a certificate or other document evidencing a license, for which a fee is not specifically provided elsewhere in this chapter, is $2.
