Kit planes for flight instruction

I know that if I own the plane it can be used from my flight instruction.
A. The question is can I rent it out for instruction?
B. If the plan is owned by a club can it be used for instruction on a $/hour basis?

I have been trying to go through the regs and thought maybe someone here could steer me in the right direction.

Call the EAA. They are always up on these issues. But what are your incentives to rent anyway; very little to gain, and a lot at risk.
