I'm interested in buying a CESSNA 310. Anyone know of websites with operational info or a website with owners handbook info?

The Cessna Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) number is 3A10 and Revision 61. All the aircraft specifications are on the TCDS and can be found at the FAA web site: www.faa.gov search under TCDS and find the manufacture or use the TCDS number 3A10. It will give you all the data you are looking for FREE.

Plenty of aircraft to browse, especially the Cessna 310s. Many different options and as for the actual info, I'd look to Private Pilot Magazine, since they have an extensive database on the Cessna 310. Enjoy!
