There are a number of places online where you can get this information, and of course the NTSB web site is there for public viewing.

Apart from being a little morbid, I believe (and some people have confirmed this) that having interest in this stuff is actually a healthy thing for pilots, since it is essentially a case study of individual crashes and studying crashes is one way to learn about safety.

Here is a link to a recording of a Tunisia crash where the pilot ran out of fuel because the new fuel gauges installed in the plane was designed for a smaller feul tank.

You can hear the cockpit in incredible clarity and what the pilots were doing right up to the unfortunate end. God bless the pilots and the passengers.

In my opinion the pilots were very professional and did everything they could, and calm right up to the end. This can be a little graphic for some people, but like I said I think it's a healthy thing for pilots to think about real dangers, it makes a safer pilot.

In this case I think a physical check of the amount of fuel left could have avoided this accident, I don't know if that is a feasible thing for a commercial aircraft, but I know that listening to this made me aware of the importance of physically checking the fuel left in the wings in the pre-flight and not to rely on the gauges only.

I read a good book called "black boxes" a couple of years ago. Had transcripts of the cockpit/radio conversations and event reconstructions from many crashes.

A bit depressing but a good study in CRM.
