Multiengine timebuilding

My colleague and I are intersted in renting a multiengine aircraft to build about 150 hours. We are both multiengine commercial/instrument rated. The flying would be primarily on the weekends. We live in the Tucson/Phoenix area and are having problems finding a multiengine aircraft that is available. We would prefer a seminole, duchess, or a baron. Any help/comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I am surprised there are so few aircraft to choose from. Here in Northern California there is a pretty big selection. I may be worthwhile to look elsewhere to rent as a suggestion.
