Flight route question for book research...

Hello to all. I'm a private pilot, but not active, and even if I was this question would be best answered by a far more experienced pilot.

I'm working on a novel, and need to know the most likely route that a corporate jet (Gulfstream V-SP to be precise) would take from Omaha, Nebraska to Moscow, Russia. The more detailed the better.

Thanks much for any help you can offer.

If you take a globe and stretch a string from point a to point b around the globe, that is a great circle route and is the shortest route. Compass headding is continually changing as you can see. Other factors probably influence route more, fuel, weather, etc. Most importantly, anyone with a Gulfstream surely will stop in Europe to pick up a dazzling 28 year old sex toy, especially in a novel!

Thanks for the reply, skid. I found several pilots who fed me tons of info about what my fictional flight would likely be like.

Again, thanks...
