I have been around for a lot of years and have never seen such a web site. This is because each aircraft is priced on its condition unlike cars and trucks. There is several people for hire that have there own internal databases for the aircraft they have inspected and appraised, but that information is not put out to the public.

Cool

Greetings, Lee...

Please consider the following: http://www.aso.com

It's a great website, and it provides you with almost all the information you'd need to compare prices of certain aircraft. Sure, the benefits of owning a newer aircraft may outweigh those of a used bird. But then again, you'd have to ponder the various options you'd have when it comes to either one. Older ones, you can throw in a ton of goodies that suits your needs, whereas the newer ones already have the goodies factory installed (but may not be suitable to your needs). So, take a peek at the website, and see if you can find something you'd really like to buy. You never know... Your favorite airplane could be right at your fingertips. Happy flying!

At www.aopa.org, there is a section called " aircraft valuation service" It is free to aopa members and you can get the value of upto 6 planes per day factoring such variables as engine and airframe time, and avionics and STCs.
