How Damage History Affects Value of Aircraft

I have a question for everyone. How does a damage history affect the value of an aircraft? I am looking at an aircraft that had a wheels up landing, and some geer damage in a nother landing due to runway ice. It was returned to service after the damage was fixed from both incidents.

Look forward to any opinion on this, both ways.
