BFR

I should know these answers, but can't remember and no references around today.
What is the language of updating dates for BFR and Flight Pphysicals?
How long after the expiration date do you have to renew?

I believe your flight physical expires on the last day of your birth month. i.e., If your physical expires this year and your birthday is between 9/1 and 9/30, the physical must be renewed by 9/30.

I'd have to check further on the BFI, but I think it follows the same formula, it must be renewed by the last day of the month it is due.
