I'm doing a paper on the Age 60 Rule. Pete Quesada was very much part of that regulation. In any event, does anyone have any information on where Quesada (first administrator of the FAA) met C.R. Smith during WWII or possibly sometime afterwards?
There is very little information on Quesada after 1960. Does anyone know what he did from that year on. All this is part of a law research paper. Anyone giving citable information will be given credit for it in the paper if they wish or they can remain annon. Thanks in advance. edhorton@lycos.com |

You may want to also look into R.A. "Bob" Hoover's case as well. He has had a long battle with the FAA about the Age 60 Rule, where they rescinded his license and medical due to the fact that they considered him "too old" to operate aircraft. Hoover's case is interesting to look into, and is recommended. Just a suggestion...
Happy flying!
