I need help for my thesis

    Hi to all aviation fanatics!

The topic of my thesis is to identify the changes in the perception of quality in an aircraft cabin when the frequency of flying increases. For example the comfort of the seat is more important for non-frequent flyers but for frequent flyers the size of the hand luggage space is more important. Or the involvement of the passengers with the flight exprience changes with the frequency of flying.

So I would like to ask you what are your priorities in an aircraft cabin? how do you perceive quality? and how frequently do you fly? (when you are travelling not working

I know you are not the usual type of passengers but I think this could give you a special view point of the aircraft cabin and its functions.

After completing the final questionnaire I will also post it here.

    Thanks for your help

Interresting subject here is my two cents worth.

    [B]Frequently of flights:[/B
    ]Domestic: every four months
    International: three times a year

    Prioriteis in the cabin.
Eletrical outlet for laptop computer. I fly a lot interantionally and battery life will not make the 11 to 12 hour flights. I fly All Nippon (ANA) they have 110V outlets for most seats. It GREAT...

Inflight tray on the back of the seat with hole stepped drilled to hold different size cups.

Face towel or clean wipe to clean the tray top and arm rests. ANA provides a HOT towels for this purpose and everyone gets one. The towels are reuseable not throw away.

Toilets clean by cabin crew every hour during long flights. This is a must even on short flights, maybe it’s a Japanese thing to have a clean toliet, but it makes a huge difference.

Asle seats with the side bar missing down by the floor, provides that little extra room for your bad leg such as mine.

Overhead luggage compartment to store personnel items, NOT huge carry on luggage. The B-777 has the best overhead bins I have seen so far.

Weight code enforced, FAA says an average persons weights 185 lbs, okay I can live with a 200 lb person beside me if they keep there fat off. Or maybe install a divider sort of like in men bathrooms between the urinals that could swing up like armrest. Can’t fit between the divers then purchase two tickets.

    Just one man’s opinion.

The survey is ready, I would be very happy if you can spare the time and participate.

How do you perceive flying? A master's thesis survey on flying experience

it takes around 10 minutes or even less. feel free to make comments.

    thanks
