John,
I'm sure there are some out there--there must be--if you call around to the flight schools. Sometimes you just have to go out to the fields and ask the A/Ps who may have a plane available. I once rented a T210 from an owner who only had two planes and only rented to trusted individuals. My A/P referred me to him. ------------------ DJSchaut

Dj is right, you should hit your local airfield and ask around. Insurance being what it is,(I have a 172 on leaseback and the cost is amazing ) it must be nearly impossible to keep a six seater on the line.
What field is closest to you? You might try LVK or CCR if none are around the Bay.

John,
There's a group out of San Jose International, a "flying club" without aircraft, but with agreements with FBO's and schools at a number of airports like RHV, SQL, HWD, etc. I sat in on one of their meetings a few months back and the were talking about the various types of aircraft they had access to. I believe that included a PA32 and either a C182 or a C210. I'll check back in my notes when I have a few minutes in the next day or so and see if I can find the excat name of the group.
