Cherokee 140 Cruiser vs. Other Cherokees
Does anyone know how to tell the difference between the Cherokee 140 Cruiser and the other Cherokee 140 models? It seems the Cruiser has a few knots less in cruise speed and top speed. Is it simply wheel pants?

I don't know the differences between the 140 cruiser and other Cherokee models that accounts for the difference in airspeeds. I'll do some research for you over the next week or two to try and find out. It seems like the wheel pants should make it faster, but I haven't flown a fixed gear in years. djschaut Hangar Moderator
