Hello... I'm from the Philippines

Hello everyone. I'm 25yrs of age and I'm a Computer Engineer. I'm planning to pursue a career in flying. My mother is a US permanent resident in Los Angeles. I'm planning to go to the United States for flight training. I want to be a full-time student and I want to train in a part 141 school.

How do I start?
