Pilot needs help - Question?
Hi Folks,
I am a ground hugger but I have a pilot friend that needs some help and I thought I'd try here. He needs to be able to show that a specific house is in a the Controlled and not in Navigatable Air space. The he gave me an FAA map but the details are such that I can't prove if the house is inside or outside the Controlled Air Space. Maybe someone knows if there is a way of determining in a house is in the Zone Thanks, JT ![]() |

hello:
I would ask denny. He works for the FAA and I am not sure how they go about it. I know it would be a little difficult looking on a terminal or sectional chart. Denny may know how exact they get. airfreddy

Controlled airspace or not
Simple...its a contest.....drive your car to the house, check the gps coordinates...lat.long...write them down. Go to local airport flight school, put 10 bucks on the counter for the winner of the contest!
The instructors and/or students will jump for the chance to show off their knowledge....Tom |
