Sea gulls and currency $

Hi..Im an old guy with bonanza, just got back into aviation, got a Instrument proficiency check and am ready to go scare myself and the seagulls.
I've got a question. how much instrument time and approaches do I have to get per month to remain current. And if I get it, how often do I need a proficiency check?

Six approches, with holds and tracking within six months. As long as these (bare) minimums are met, no need for continuing proficiency checks.
