Flight Simulators for the Macintosh OS

I am looking for flight simulator software to aid me in my instrument training. Does anyone have idea or suggestions for the Macintosh OS?

I don't know off the top of my head, but as a dedicated Mac user and long-inactive high-time student pilot who's about to start flying again, I'm also interested. If I can find anything useful, I'll post it here.

X-Plane is available for the Mac OS X.
Version 7.41 demo is about a 210 MB download!
Buy it for $50 and it arrives on a CD.

The sites are very different.

--and yes, it is used for flight training.
