Argosy.
I am a Student studying a Beng in Aerospace Technology and I have been given a task concerning the Armstrong & Whitworth Argosy cargo aircraft. Can anyone give me any links to where I can find any technical data on this aircraft? Thanks.

The internet user's mantra, now repeat after me... "YAHOO IS MY FRIEND, YAHOO IS MY FRIEND, YAHOO IS MY FRIEND" :-) Did a yahoo search for Armstrong Whitworth and came up with 251 possibilities. This was on one of the first links.. http://aviation-safety.net/database/type/050.shtml It has basic aircraft info and basic info on aircraft accidents involving this aircraft. Also found a couple of pics on the following site: http://www.totavia.com/hawkeye/argosy.html That's just a start. Hope it helps..
