Seasickness -
A couple of times I went for a lesson in fairly rough air and didn't feel that great. Apart from letting more outside air into the cockpit, do you folks have any ideas for coping with/preventing this nuisance?
Thanks, Larry |

I remember one hot, rough ride...we were going for a $100 hamburger, so I was flying on an empty stomach. I was pretty "green" by the time we got there. On the way back, I did a lot better having some food on my stomach. Also, I have read in an AOPA article that "Reliefband" from Aeromedix works wonders for air sickness. A bit pricey but aren't most things labeled for aviation? You can read about it on their site. http://www.aeromedix.com/products/re...rb_motion.html
Hope this helps. Debbie |
