Sec. 145.5 — Certificate and operations specifications requirements.
(a) No person may operate as a certificated repair station without, or in violation of, a repair station certificate, ratings, or operations specifications issued under this part.(b) The certificate and operations specifications issued to a certificated repair station must be available on the premises for inspection by the public and the FAA.
