Sec. 77.49 — Notice of hearing.

In designating a time and place for a hearing under this subpart the presiding officer considers the needs of the FAA and the convenience of the parties and witnesses. The time and place of each hearing is published in the “Notices” section of theFederal Registerbefore the date of the hearing, unless the notice is impractical or unnecessary.
